Shei Marcelline is an Los Angeles based journalist and photographer. She received a B.A. in Journalism and a minor in Studio Art at Loyola Marymount University and was awarded LMU’s Student Journalist of the Year (2021-22).
shei was recently awarded at the Los Angeles Press Club’s 15th annual National Arts & Entertainment Journalism Awards. she placed third in the Arts or Entertainment Profile category.
during her time at lmu, Shei held positions as Editor-in-Chief of The Lion, LMU’s digital news outlet, as well an Editorial Intern position at Flaunt Magazine, an independent fashion and culture magazine.
Currently, Shei is working towards her m.s. journalism degree at the university of southern california and also works as an Editorial Assistant at Flaunt Magazine.
